Update

We are writing to inform you of a scheduled maintenance of the network/system for our PT Indonesia Digital Identity (VIDA) services.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we require additional time to complete the maintenance. The new estimated completion time is extended to 03:30 AM (midnight) on January 15nd, 2026.
