We are writing to inform you of a potential impact to some of our services. On Friday, November 1st, 2024, we encountered some issues with our e-Meterai services from Peruri.

The details of the issue are as follows:

Date : November 1st, 2024 from 7:42 AM JKT Time.
Problem : VIDA e-Meterai services were performing with delayed responses for some of the transactions.
Impact : VIDA e-Meterai services.
Root Cause : Due to service degradation from Peruri, the VIDA e-Meterai service was impacted.
Remediation : Investigating.

Our technical team is actively working to identify the root cause of the problem and implement remediation measures. However, the impact on these services may result in degraded performance.
