The details of the issue are as follows: Date: 04 July 2025. Problem: VIDA Sign is experiencing degraded service. Impact: VIDA Sign Service is experiencing service degradation. Root Cause: A core component supporting the certificate issuance process experienced degraded performance due to high disk utilization caused by accumulated system audit logs. Remediation: The issue was mitigated by clearing legacy audit logs, which restored system performance and stability.
Our technical team is actively working to identify the root cause of the problem and implement remediation measures. However, the impact on these services may result in degraded performance.
