We are writing to inform you that one of VIDA's Authority Partner has confirmed they are performing an unscheduled system maintenance of the network/system for ID Verification and Face Biometric verification services which should be required on high priority.
During this maintenance window, VIDA verify services would not be accessible and after the maintenance window, all services would be operational immediately.

The purpose of this maintenance is to improve the quality of our services and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. However, we understand that this may cause inconvenience and would like to extend our sincerest apologies in advance.
